The machine is mainly used for beverage filling operations. This machine has three functions of bottle washing, filling and sealing. D-type pressure device is applied to polyester bottles and plastic beverage bottles.
Application components for bottle adjustment are much simple and efficient to use. Using a new type of micro-pressure gasoline for faster and more stable filling, compared with same specifications of similar machinery, it is of higher efficiency. The system adopts advanced Omron programmable controller (PLC) to control the operation; chain conveyor for bottles uses transducer controller, and the bottle mainframe transducer interface is more stable with reliable operation. Testing the performance of PV components, a high degree of automation is available as the ideal beverage equipment.
